Products with Special Refund Terms

  • New Domain Name Registrations: Refundable if canceled within 4 days (96 hours) of registration, except for .in domains.
  • .in Domains: Refundable if canceled within 7 days of registration.
  • Domain Name Transfers: Refundable only if the transfer is unsuccessful and:
    • Canceled within 4 days (96 hours) of registration
    • For .in domains, canceled within 7 days of registration

Additional Important Notes

  • Renewals: Renewal of any product or service is considered a new transaction and will follow the same refund terms as the original purchase. Refund requests for renewals must be submitted within 90 days of the renewal date.
