General Cancellation Guidelines

At Cyberlogic Innovations Private Limited, we understand that you may need to cancel a product or service. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as straightforward as possible, with details on how you can request cancellations and under what conditions refunds may be processed.

  • Eligibility for Cancellation: You may request a cancellation of any product or service at any time. However, refunds will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the specified window. See the product-specific cancellation details below.
  • Cancellation Window: Most products and services are eligible for cancellation within 90 days of purchase. However, some products have specific windows for cancellation, as outlined in their respective sections.

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Contact Support: To cancel a service, contact our support team through email, phone, or the support portal. Please provide your order number, account details, and reason for cancellation.
  2. Processing Time: Your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed within 2-3 business days.
  3. Confirmation: Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about any applicable refunds and service termination.

Cancellation and Refund Timeline

Cancellations may be requested at any time, but refunds are issued only if requested within 90 days of purchase. For renewals, cancellations follow the same policy as the initial purchase, with a refund window of 90 days from the renewal date.

Product-Specific Cancellation Policies

Hosting Services:
  • Monthly and yearly hosting plans can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations after 90 days.
  • If upgraded from a free trial, the first payment is non-refundable.
SSL Certificates:
  • SSL Certificates can be canceled within 90 days for a full refund. After 90 days, no refund will be given.
Domain Name Registrations:
  • New domain registrations are refundable within 4 days (96 hours), except .in domains, which are refundable within 7 days.
  • Domain renewals are non-refundable.
  • Domain transfers are refundable only if the transfer is unsuccessful and the request is made within 4 days (7 days for .in domains).
VPS and Game Panel Services:
  • Cancellations for VPS and Minecraft Game Panel services are eligible for a full refund within 90 days, except for upgrades, which are non-refundable.
Cloudflare & Daily Backup Services:
  • Cloudflare and backup services can be canceled within 90 days for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Redemption fees
  • Domain name renewals
  • Privacy protection services
  • Google Workspace Email
  • SEO Toolkit and Marketing Panel services
  • VPS licenses and upgrades

Subscription Cancellations

For any subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged further, but you will retain access to the service until the cycle ends.

Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance

We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notice in cases of non-compliance with our terms, misuse of services, or fraudulent activities. Refunds will not be provided in such cases, and services will be terminated immediately.

Special Cases

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or technical failures, special cancellation terms may be offered. Each case will be evaluated individually, and customers will be informed accordingly.
