Terms of Services

Referral Program of CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is offering you the opportunity to refer friends via a referral program and earn 20% of each successful referee's first purchase. The referee will get a 20% discount at the checkout! By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. All of CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED's decisions are final and binding.

Referral Program cannot be combined with other CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED referral programs or incentives in respect of the same purchase. These Terms of Services outline the Referral Program that started in 2022. Any referrals made before 2022 will not be applied.

How to share or send an invitation:

  1. Sign in to your CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED account.
  2. Click the avatar at the top of the page.
  3. Click ‘Earn with us’.
  4. Choose which social media channel or email you want to send your referral through.

Once you’ve sent the referral, the referred person will need to complete these steps before you receive the reward:

  1. Click the referral link.
  2. Purchase services eligible for Referral Program. The eligible services are any hosting or VPS plan of 12 or more months. Services related to domains, email and cPanel are not eligible. If the referred person is purchasing eligible and additional services, they must include the eligible services into their first purchase. If the eligible services are in their second or further invoices, this person will not be counted as your referral and will not generate you any reward.
  3. Pay their invoice within 14 days of their registration.
  4. Do not refund the payment and be an active user for at least 45 days (active user means that account is not deactivated).

Note: Referral Program is for referring new users. So the person that you are referring cannot have any previous accounts at CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. If a user registers and only then opens a referral link, they will not be interpreted as a new user.

To check the status of your referrals:

  1. Sign into hPanel.
  2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.
  3. Click ‘Earn with us’.
  4. Click Check Your Progress.

For any reward listed as Referral, you'll see the status of the referral under Status column:

  • Pending: Your referral has been invited to use CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED but hasn't yet paid for a service.
  • Qualified: Your referral has purchased a plan.
  • Declined: Your referral purchased a plan but later refunded it.
  • Approved: You have been credited reward for referral.

Exact Reward Amount and Payout Rules

Exact reward amount depends on the order value, which will be bought by the user who used a referral link. To see earnings:

  1. Sign in to hPanel
  2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.
  3. Click ‘Earn with us’.
  4. See Your rewards table.

Reward Payout Rules:

  • Earnings will be transferred via Paypal or Wire transfer depending on the payment method you have chosen on the referral dashboard
  • Earnings will be issued after collecting 50 USD of earnings for PayPal
  • Earnings will be issued after collecting 100 USD of earnings for Wire transfer

How to Choose Payment Method:

  1. Sign in to hPanel
  2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.
  3. Click ‘Earn with us’.
  4. Click Add payment method.
  5. Select the preferred payment method – PayPal or Wire transfer. You will not be able to change your bank account details after choosing the wire transfer method.

Note: Rewards for PayPal are being paid out daily with automation which starts from 09:00 UTC. While the automation is running, it triggers payment for all eligible rewards. If you become eligible for a reward after the automation is done running for that day, your reward will be processed and issued with the following day’s automation. So please allow for some delay due to such automation and the time that PayPal may take to process the transaction.

Note: Rewards for Wire transfers are being paid out monthly on the last Thursday of the month. If you become eligible for a reward after that day, your reward will be processed and issued next month.

Restrictions

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Program is meant only for referring the people that are already in your network: your friends, family, colleagues, clients and their networks. So Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites or on blogs, only on your personal social media where your network can see the codes. You are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass texting, emailing, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems/bots through any channel to distribute, post or otherwise share your referral link.

You are prohibited from using any type of Pay per Click or any other paid advertising methods (including bidding on keywords and phrases containing the "CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED" trademark, or variations or misspellings of the trademarked term on Pay per Click or Pay per Impression campaigns on the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing or others)).

You are also not allowed to use the CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Website(s) as display URL in Paid media ads and to direct-link or redirect to the CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Website(s).

Cancellation Policy

CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change, terminate, or suspend, either wholly or partially, any referral program, as well as the ability of any referrer/inviter or referee/invitee to participate in any referral program or receive rewards, at any time and for any reason, including suspected fraud (by either the referrer and/or referee/invitee), abuse, or violation of these Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

In its sole discretion, CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel rewards if any of the following reasons occur:

  • CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to collect funds from the referred customer.
  • The order is fraudulent.
  • The reward was earned improperly for any other reason.

Governing Law

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising under this Referral Agreement will be resolved according to the jurisdiction and legislation where the CYBERLOGIC INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED entity servicing your Referral account is located.
